When will Visa application process begin?
The visa process for all winners is tentatively scheduled to commence by 31 March 2026. However, Kia reserves the right to change the timeline. Kia shall inform the winners in case of any revision to the proposed timeline.
How will the winners be selected?
Winners will be chosen through a random draw using a randomiser from the pool of eligible customers.
Does the prize cover travel and stay for family members or companions?
The prize covers the travel and stay expenses for the selected participant along with one accompanying member. Any additional expenses for other family members will need to be borne by the participant.
How many winners will be selected?
There would be one winner for each model Sonet, Seltos, Carens Clavis (ICE or EV) & Syros making it a total of four winners. The winners will be decided as per Kia Team discretion basis the winner selection process.
Will the winner get to choose the match they want to attend?
The match, travel dates, and itinerary will be determined by Kia India as per availability and planning.
How and when will the winners be informed?
Winners will be contacted directly by Kia India through the contact details shared at the time of vehicle booking. The contact number provided in the contest must remain consistent across booking, communication, and final purchase documentation.
Is there any additional cost to participate in this campaign?
No. There is no separate entry fee. A person who books an eligible Kia vehicle during the contest period automatically qualifies as a participant. The delivery of the vehicle should take place before the visa application begins to claim the prize.
Can an existing Kia owner participate in this campaign?
Only those customers who have made a booking (Kia Carens Clavis ICE, Carens Clavis EV, Syros, Sonet, or Seltos) from 12 February’2026 to 10th March 2026 will qualify for the contest. Further, the delivery of the vehicle should take place before the visa application begins to claim the prize.
Can a customer participate more than once?
No. Multiple entries by same participant may lead to disqualification. Further, the selected participant who has been declared as a winner in one contest (between Kia Drive to FIFA World Cup 2026™& Kia Walk with Champion), their entry in the other contest will automatically get void or nullified
Can I modify my booking made during the campaign period?
Modification to bookings during the campaign period can be modified within the campaign period only to be eligible for the contest. If the modification is done after the campaign period, the participation will be disqualified.
