Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) constitute a valid and binding agreement between Kia and the Participants (‘You/Your’) pertaining the Campaign.

By booking the car in the campaign period on the terms and conditions as defined hereunder, you are eligible to participate in the campaign. By participating in the campaign, per se, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions unconditionally. The following terms and conditions and any amendments or modifications made thereto govern the participation to the campaign and any content made for the said campaign.

By participating in the campaign, you warrant that you have fully read and understood these T&Cs and agree to be legally bound by these terms and acknowledge unconditional acceptance without limitation or qualification of these T&Cs. Kia may change these T&Cs at any time without any prior notice in writing or otherwise to you, by posting changes on the Website. You may review these terms regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes made by us. The continued participation in the campaign by you, after changes are posted means that you continue to agree to be legally bound by these T&Cs as updated and/or amended. In case of any violation of these T&Cs or any additional terms posted on website, Kia reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations.

1.Organiser

The Campaign is organised by Kia India Private Limited (“Kia” or “Organiser”).
The Campaign is conceptualised and managed by Kia through its authorised agency. Kia shall at all times remain the brand owner and organiser of the Campaign.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign shall be valid for the period mentioned on the official campaign microsite (“Campaign Period”).
The Organiser reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, modify, or terminate the Campaign at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Campaign Components

The campaign comprises the following components:

a) Buy your favourite Kia & win a chance to experience the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Campaign
b) Campaign Participation
Participation in any component shall be governed by these Terms & Conditions.

4. Eligibility for Kia Drive to FIFA World Cup 2026™

Open only to Indian residents aged above 18 years.
Employees of Kia, its group companies, dealers, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Participation is voluntary and a valid purchase of any of the following cars viz. Clavis ICE, Clavis EV, Syros, Sonet, Seltos Kia Car is required.
For participation, one has to book the car during the campaign period. Participants will be provided the option to opt out via email or WhatsApp through CRM-driven communication. Further, to claim the prize, the winners must purchase the car and take physical delivery before the visa application process begins as may be mentioned on the microsite.

5. How to Participate

a. Participation is accepted via two routes: Online through the website and offline through authorized showrooms.

i. Online (Website) Participation
Participants must submit true, complete, and accurate information in the booking form on the Kia India website (Kia.com/in), including name, contact details, city, and any other details required for the relevant Campaign component. The booking amount for the respective model should be fully paid.

Incomplete or incorrect entries shall be deemed invalid.
ii. Offline (Showroom) Participation
Participants must submit true, complete, and accurate information at the Kia authorized showroom, including name, contact details, and any other details required for the relevant Campaign component. The booking amount for the respective model should be fully paid.

Incomplete or incorrect entries shall be deemed invalid.

b. Buy your favourite Kia & Win a chance to experience the FIFA World Cup Campaign

Participants may be required to upload photographs/selfies of physical delivery and/or share content using the official Campaign hashtag.
Multiple entries by the same participant may result in disqualification.
The organizer (Kia India) is not responsible for the rejection or delay of the winner's Visa application. If the winner fails to obtain a visa, the prize shall stand forfeited, and no cash compensation shall be provided.
To claim the prize, you must have a final invoice and taken physical delivery of the vehicle before the Visa Application Process begins as mentioned on the microsite.
Example: If you book any of the following Kia cars — Clavis ICE, Clavis EV, Syros, Sonet, Seltos vehicle today but the delivery happens after the visa application process, your entry shall be considered invalid. Ensure your dealership guarantees an invoice date and you take the delivery before the visa application process as mentioned on the microsite.
Further, if you modify the booking made during the campaign period after the campaign period, your participation will be disqualified.

6. Selection of Winners

Winners shall be selected through a computerised randomiser and/or jury evaluation, as applicable.
There would be one winner for each model — Sonet, Seltos, Carens Clavis (ICE or EV) & Syros — making it a total of four winners.
The organiser’s decision shall be final and binding.
No correspondence regarding selection shall be entertained.

7. Rewards & Experience

a. Nature of Rewards

Selected winners may receive an opportunity to attend FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches, as communicated.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
If your name selection happens in both the contests — Kia Drive to FIFA World Cup 2026™ & the other contest Kia Walk with Champions — then you are eligible to attend the FIFA World Cup from one program only. You cannot attend the matches from both contests.

b. Travel & Documentation

Winners and companions are solely responsible for passports, visas, medical fitness, insurance, and compliance with travel requirements. Each winner can have one companion.
Kia shall provide air tickets, local city travel, airport transfers, and food & lodging (3 nights of accommodation) for each winner and one companion. Any expenses of a personal nature or not expressly covered herein shall be solely borne by the participant.
Kia shall not be responsible for visa rejection, travel delays, cancellations, or restrictions.

c. Minor Companions

A minor may accompany the winner only if the winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
Kia shall not be responsible for supervision, safety, or conduct of minors beyond the scope of the Campaign.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

By participating, participants grant Kia a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use submitted content (including names, images, videos, testimonials) for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes across all media, without additional compensation.

Participants waive any moral rights in such content.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data shall be collected and processed for Campaign execution and communication.
Data may be shared with Kia’s authorised agencies and partners solely for Campaign purposes.
By participating, participants consent to such collection and processing in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

11. Disqualification

Information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
Participation violates these Terms & Conditions.
Any attempt is made to manipulate, misuse, or disrupt the Campaign.
Booking amount not paid in full.

12. Limitation of Liability & Unforeseen Circumstances

Kia shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or failure arising out of participation in the Campaign or acceptance of any reward.

Without limitation, Kia shall not be liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural calamities, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, changes in law or policy, travel restrictions, visa rejections, security concerns, technical failures, strikes, cancellation or rescheduling of matches or events, or any force majeure event.

In the event of any such unforeseen circumstances, Kia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, substitute, reschedule, suspend, or cancel the Campaign or any part thereof (including rewards or experiences), without any obligation to provide compensation, alternate benefits, or damages.

13. Technical Disclaimer

Kia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms shall be effective immediately upon publication on the microsite.
