Dos and Don'ts for EV Charging station

Do park your vehicle in the designated bay area

Do use the TATA Power EZ Charge App for optimal charging

Do ensure charging gun is properly connected to the vehicle

Do place the charging gun back in the holder after use

Do press the charger emergency button in case of fire or smoke

Do keep the bay area clean & tidy

Do vacate the bay area for others after charging

Don’t remove the cover from any charger component to avoid any electrical hazard

Don’t use any spray to clean the charger

Don’t touch any live wire with bare hands

Don’t operate the charger with wet hands or if gun connector is wet

Don't Keep any flammable fluids or hazardous material near the charger

Don’t use the charger emergency button to stop a normal charging session

Don’t allow children to operate the charger

Don’t smoke near the charging station
