Three innovation-driven models

Keeping your running costs low is important, but your car also needs to suit the way you drive. That’s why the all-new Kia Niro is offered with a choice of state-of-the-art electrified drivetrains – comprising of the fully electric Niro EV, the Niro Plug-in Hybrid, and the Niro Hybrid.

The all-new Niro EV has an electric driving range of 285 miles – that’s the distance from London to Brussels. If you feel inspired to go even further, a charging speed of 72kW will take you from 10-80% charge in just 45 minutes.

Running costs are pleasingly low, too. BiK tax on the Niro EV is just 2%. And electric cars still cost noticeably less to run on a pence-per-mile basis – especially when you factor in that service and maintenance costs are often lower than a petrol or diesel equivalent. All of which makes for very competitive whole-life costs. It’s not just about reducing expenditure, though. You’ll get to enjoy the instant response and effortless acceleration from the near-silent 201bhp electric motor, too.

*The range was determined according to the standardised EU measurement procedure (WLTP). The individual driving style and other factors, such as speed, outside temperature, topography and the use of electricity-consuming devices/units, have an influence on the real-life range and can possibly reduce it.

The Kia EV9

Inspired by Kia’s design philosophy, ‘Opposites United,’ the Kia EV9 brings together elements from natural and material worlds to create a design that combines the boldness and capability of an SUV with the serene calmness of a sophisticated EV. The bold and authentic design redefines standards, paving new paths for future electric SUVs.

The Niro Plug-in Hybrid is a great way to enjoy some of the benefits of electrification. It combines the familiarity of an efficient petrol engine with up to 40 miles of pure electric driving. This allows you to cover many journeys on battery power alone to help further reduce running costs. And, with BIK tax from as little as 8%, you’ll have more money to spend on more exciting

If plugging in isn’t suitable for you, the intelligent hybrid drivetrain in the Niro Hybrid will help you to save fuel, particularly around town, without changing how you use your car. And, with CO2 emissions from 100g/km it attracts BIK tax from as low as 25%.

Packed with innovative technology and connectivity

Staying connected while on the move is important, especially when you spend a lot of time on the road. Every all-new Niro comes with Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard. So you’ll have easy access to your favourite apps and contacts. And, with the option of dual 10.25-inch high-definition touchscreens, you’ll be able to see all your information quickly and clearly.

Kia Connect brings you real-time traffic information, so you can avoid unnecessary traffic jams and still make that meeting on time. It also offers parking availability and pricing, fuel prices, public charging locations , speed cameras and plenty of other useful information. With the Kia Connect mobile app, you can review your previous trips – ideal for processing your mileage – check the location of your car and its status, and even send planned trips to the car’s navigation system.

Driving is made safer and simpler, too. Highway Driving Assist can automatically adjust your speed to keep pace with the vehicle in front while also keeping you centred in your lane. It can even crawl along with stop-start traffic.

Features such as Blind Spot Collision Avoidance Assist and Forward Collision Avoidance Assist mean the all-new Niro can warn you of a potential collision and even take avoiding action for you.

Meanwhile, features such as a 360º Around View Monitor and Remote Smart Park Assist make it effortless to park once you’ve reached your destination.

Contemporary and comfortable cabin

With its sleek yet bold design, the all-new Niro looks rather striking on the road. That design flare continues inside, too. Premium recycled and sustainable materials, make the interior feel suitably plush – important when you spend a lot of time in your vehicle – and help to reduce its environmental footprint, too. But it’s not just about comfort and style, the interior has been intelligently designed to maximise practicality. The all-new Niro has more passenger space and a larger boot than the previous model.

Features such as heated and ventilated seats will help keep you comfortable regardless of the weather. And, the ability to save your seat settings means you’ll always be sitting comfortably, even if you share your car with another driver.

The all-new Niro is now available to order. If you think the all-new Niro could be the right car for you, why not request a call back from our dedicated Kia Business team.

*Fuel economy and emissions: driving range standards are calculated using the World Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP).

**There are certain situations in which the petrol engine will automatically activate even when the vehicle is in EV mode. Examples could include: when the hybrid battery state of charge is reduced to a certain level, when acceleration demand is high and/or when it is required to heat up the cabin.

*** Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA)

Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) is an assistance system and does not relieve the driver from their responsibility to safely operate the vehicle at any time. The driver still has to adapt their driving behaviour to their personal driving capabilities, to the legal requirements and to the overall road and traffic conditions. FCA is not designed to drive the vehicle autonomously. For further information, please refer to the owner’s manual.
