You also have access to weather information, as well as live fuel prices for stations around you. And when you’ve almost arrived at your destination, Kia Connect helps you find public parking spaces, with pricing and availability for parking locations near you.

Kia Connect App Services 4
Interact with your Stonic wherever you are. With the Kia Connect app, you can get the status of your car such as the distance it can travel or whether all doors are properly closed - at a glance, and you get notified if anything seems wrong. You also have access to a number of convenience features like Send To Car, which lets you select a destination on your phone and send it to your Stonic. You can also create a user profile so your preferred vehicle settings – like the orientation of the map or how your Stonic alerts you to speed cameras - apply once behind the wheel. When you park your car before arriving at your exact destination, the Kia Connect app can also provide you guidance to complete the journey on foot.

The new Stonic is compatible with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™. Android Auto™ is designed to work with Android phones running 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher. Apple CarPlay™ is available for iPhone 5 or newer models. Both systems feature voice control and allow the driver to keep their hands on the wheel and eyes on the road ahead at all times. Apple CarPlay™ is a trademark of Apple Inc. Android Auto™ and other marks are trademarks of Google Inc.
(2) Wireless Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™
Wireless Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ only available on ‘2’ grade.
(3) Kia Connect On-Board Services. Touchscreen shown is for illustration purposes and the actual unit differs by model. The services are available free of charge for a period of seven years commencing on the day the vehicle is sold to the first owner of the vehicle, i.e. the point in time the initial purchase agreement becomes effective, and may be subject to change during that period. Details of operation and terms of use can be obtained on your vehicle’s head unit. Available On-Board Services might differ depending on your country. Smartphone with data plan required to activate Kia Connect Live Services services in countries and models without embedded telematics.
(4) Kia Connect App Services. (5) Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA)
Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) is an assistance system and does not relieve the driver from their responsibility to safely operate the vehicle at any time. The driver still has to adapt their driving behaviour to their personal driving capabilities, to the legal requirements and to the overall road and traffic conditions. FCA is not designed to drive the vehicle autonomously. For further information, please refer to the owner’s manual.

The Services are provided free of charge for a period of 7 years commencing on the day the vehicle is sold to the first owner of the vehicle, i.e. the point in time the initial purchase agreement becomes effective. (2) Over-the-Air updates
For new vehicles sold from May 2021, Kia offers, per vehicle, two free-of-charge updates of the maps in the vehicle’s navigation system and of the Head Unit software using the so-called “over-the-air” method (“OTA Updates”). Once the two free-of-charge OTA Updates have been consumed, you will be able to get updates of the maps in the vehicle’s navigation system and of the Head Unit software only (i) by accessing the following web page https://update.kia.com/EU/E1/Main or (ii) at a dealership.
