    You will meet the hiring manager and a member of the People & Organisation team to discuss your skills, experience and motivation for the role.

  • Second Interview

    You will meet additional colleagues from the business to explore your strengths, values and working style, ensuring the role is the best mutual fit.

  • Hiring

    If it’s a match, you’ll receive an offer and we’ll be delighted to welcome you to the Kia UK team.
