    All employees are eligible for the Employee Car Ownership Scheme (ECOS). Employees can access one car from day one, with most permanent roles able to access up to four cars subject to eligibility (including post‑probation increases).

    Hybrid and Flexible Working

    Hybrid working is supported, alongside core working hours of 10:00am–3:00pm, with flexibility on start and finish times subject to line manager approval.
