Kia Walk with Champions

Introduction

These terms and conditions (“T&C”) constitute a valid and binding agreement between Kia and the participants (‘You/Your’) pertaining the Campaign.
By booking the car & filling the participation form on the microsite during the campaign period on the terms and conditions as defined hereunder, you are eligible to participate in the campaign. By participating in the campaign, per se, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions unconditionally. The following terms and conditions and any amendments or modifications made thereto govern the Participation to the Campaign and any content made for the said Campaign.
By participating in the campaign, you warrant that you have fully read and understood these T&Cs and agree to be legally bound by these terms and acknowledge unconditional acceptance without limitation or qualification of these T&Cs. Kia may change these T&Cs at any time without any prior notice in writing or otherwise to you, by posting changes on the website. You may review these terms regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes made by us. The continued participation in the campaign by you, after changes are posted means that you continue to agree to be legally bound by these T&Cs as updated and/or amended. In case of any violation of these T&Cs or any additional terms posted on website, Kia reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations.

1.Organiser

The campaign is organised by Kia India Private Limited (“Kia” or “Organiser”). The campaign is conceptualised and managed by Kia through its authorised agency. Kia shall at all times remain the brand owner and organiser of the Campaign.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign shall be valid for the period as communicated on the official Campaign microsite (“Campaign Period”).
The Organiser reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, modify, or terminate the Campaign at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

3. Campaign Components

The Campaign comprises the following components:

a) Kia Walk with Champions- Official Match Ball Carrier (OMBC) Program (Kids Program)

b) Campaign Microsite Participation

Participation in any component shall be governed by these terms & conditions.

4. Eligibility for Kia Walk with Champions – Kids Program

  • Open only to Indian residents.
  • Campaign is for minors aged 10–14 years (or as specified on the microsite), and participation must be done only through a parent or legal guardian.
  • Submission of verifiable parental/legal guardian consent is mandatory.
  • Kia reserves the right to request age, identity, and consent proof at any stage.
  • Employees of Kia, its group companies, dealers, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
  • Participation is voluntary.
  • A valid booking of any of the following — Clavis ICE or Clavis EV Kia Car — followed by registration on the microsite is required to be eligible for participation during the campaign period.
  • Participants will be provided details and links for filing the participation form via email or WhatsApp through CRM-driven communication.
  • However, to claim the prize, retail of the car before the visa application begins is mandatory.

5. How to Participate

5.1. Microsite Participation

After a successful booking online or offline (booking amount fully paid), participants must submit true, complete, and accurate information on the campaign microsite, including name, contact details, child’s name, child’s age, city, and any other details required for the relevant campaign component.

Incomplete or incorrect entries shall be deemed invalid.

5.2. Kia Walk with Champions (OMBC) – Kids Program

  • Entries may include football achievements, statements of passion, photographs, videos, or other material as specified.
  • Parents/guardians confirm that submitted content is original and does not infringe third-party rights.
  • Multiple entries by the same participant may result in disqualification.
  • The organizer (Kia India) is not responsible for the rejection or delay of the winner's visa application. If the winner fails to obtain a visa, the prize shall stand forfeited, and no cash compensation shall be provided.

6. Selection of Winners

  • Winners shall be selected through a computerised randomiser and/or jury evaluation, as applicable.
  • The Organiser’s decision shall be final and binding.
  • No correspondence regarding selection shall be entertained.
  • To claim the prize, you must have a final invoice and have taken physical delivery of the vehicle before the Visa Application Process begins, as mentioned on the microsite.
  • Example: If you book any of the following Kia cars — Clavis ICE or Clavis EV — today but the delivery happens after the visa application process begins, your entry shall be considered invalid. Ensure your dealership guarantees an invoice date and that you take delivery before the visa application process, as communicated via the microsite.

7. Rewards & Experience

7.1. Nature of Rewards

  • Selected winners may receive an opportunity to attend FIFA World Cup 2026 matches, as communicated.
  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • If your name is selected in both contests — Kia Drive to FIFA World Cup 2026™ and Kia Walk with Champions — you are eligible to attend the FIFA World Cup from one program only. You cannot attend matches through both contests.

7.2. Travel & Documentation

  • Winners and companions are solely responsible for passports, visas, medical fitness, insurance, and compliance with travel requirements.
  • Each winner may have one companion. Kia shall provide air tickets, local city travel, airport transfers, and food & lodging (3 nights of accommodation). Any expenses of a personal nature or not expressly covered herein shall be solely borne by the participant.
  • Kia shall not be responsible for visa rejection, travel delays, cancellations, or restrictions.

7.3. Minor Winners

  • Minor winners must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
  • Kia shall not be responsible for supervision, safety, or conduct of minors beyond the scope of the Campaign.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

By participating, participants grant Kia a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use submitted content (including names, images, videos, testimonials) for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes across all media, without additional compensation. Participants waive any moral rights in such content.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal data shall be collected and processed for Campaign execution and communication.
  • Data may be shared with Kia’s authorised agencies and partners solely for Campaign purposes.
  • By participating, participants consent to such collection and processing in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

10. Disqualification

Kia reserves the right to disqualify any participant if:

  • Information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
  • Participation violates these Terms & Conditions.
  • Any attempt is made to manipulate, misuse, or disrupt the Campaign.
  • Booking amount not paid in full.

11. Limitation of Liability & Unforeseen Circumstances

Kia shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or failure arising out of participation in the Campaign or acceptance of any reward.
Without limitation, Kia shall not be liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural calamities, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, changes in law or policy, travel restrictions, visa rejections, security concerns, technical failures, strikes, cancellation or rescheduling of matches or events, or any force majeure event.
In the event of any such unforeseen circumstances, Kia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, substitute, reschedule, suspend, or cancel the Campaign or any part thereof (including rewards or experiences), without any obligation to provide compensation, alternate benefits, or damages.

12. Technical Disclaimer

Kia does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the microsite and shall not be responsible for technical issues, system failures, or network disruptions.

13. Modification of Terms

Kia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms shall be effective immediately upon publication on the microsite.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
