For any service, maintenance, or technical support, customers should contact the authorized charger manufacturer through the nearest authorized Kia India dealership.

What are the requirements for installation?

Installation is subject to a pre-installation site inspection conducted by the authorized charger manufacturer or its designated partner to assess electrical and infrastructural etc. feasibility.

Can I use any electrician for installation?

No, installation must be carried out only by authorized partners/ personnel designated by the charger manufacturer. Any installation or repair etc. by unauthorized persons may lead to safety risks and shall void the applicable warranty.

What happens if there is a technical fault in the charger?

Any manufacturing defect or technical fault shall be addressed by the charger manufacturer in accordance with its standard warranty terms through its authorized service partners.

What should I do in case the charger is physically damaged, exposed to water logging, or if the charger catches fire?

In the event of physical damage/exposure to water or if the charger catches fire due to any unauthorized installation modification/changes in electrical infra, voltage fluctuations etc., the warranty will no longer be applicable. Customers are advised to contact charger manufacturer via Kia India authorized dealership for further assistance.

What is the warranty of home charger & how to avail the same?

The home charger comes with a limited warranty of 3-years from the date of commissioning at your location subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by the charger manufacturer. Customers may avail warranty support from charger manufacturer through the authorized dealership network

What should I do if there are frequent voltage fluctuations in my area?

It is advised to install a suitable voltage stabilizer, as any damage caused by voltage fluctuations will not be covered under warranty.
