- reduce your premium by naming specific drivers on your policy
It is important to know that if you select this option and you make a claim where an unnamed driver was using the vehicle when the incident occurred, you may be liable to pay the unnamed driver excess.

What To Do In Case Of An Accident
1. Take precautions to prevent further loss, damage or liability.
2. Notify the police as soon as possible or necessary.
3. After checking everyone is ok, obtain as much information as you can - the more detail the better. Record the name, address, phone number, email address, licence number and insurer of other drivers involved, and the registration numbers of their vehicles.
4. Do not admit fault or liability.
5. Call Kia Insurance on 1300-493-685 and connect to claims.
6. Provide a detailed description of the accident and the damage which has occurred to the contact centre member.
7. Our claims specialists will arrange a vehicle inspection at the repairer of your choice and advise if an excess is applicable and when and how to pay it.
8. Once your claim is approved, your vehicle will be booked for repair.
9. When ready, your vehicle will be available for you to collect: Remember, we guarantee materials and workmanship on repairs we authorise for as long as you own or lease the vehicle.
10. All done! Your car is fixed. You pick it up from the repairer and drive away.

Terms & Conditions
[1] Premiums payable by instalments may be subject to minor adjustments (upwards or downwards) due to rounding and financial institution transaction fees may apply.
[2] If your vehicle is a total loss, you purchased it new or as a demo and it’s less than 3 years old from its first registration and subject to financier approval (if applicable), we will replace it with a new vehicle of the same make, model, engine size, features and paint type including any modifications, options and accessories, so long as it is available in Australia.
[3] If we accept a claim but are unable to fix a damaged part, where available in Australia at time of repair, we will use a new genuine manufacturer part, if new is not available we will use genuine reconditioned or recycled manufacturer parts or Australian Design Rules certified new, recycled or reconditioned parts.
[4] Allianz may authorise repairs at your repairer of choice; pay you the reasonable costs of repairing your vehicle; or move your vehicle to another repairer we both agree upon. We will act reasonable in doing so. In the latter instance, you will be provided with a rental car for up to 3 days up to a maximum of $100 per day.
[5] If your vehicle cannot be safely driven home after a covered accident we will reimburse you for the cost of travel necessary to return you, your spouse, your de facto and/or dependent children to your home, and/or transportation for you to collect your vehicle when it has been repaired.
