Plan ahead with your PV5:
The standard scheduled servicing interval for the PV5 Cargo EV is different to Passenger Kia EVs. Except when the vehicle is operated in severe usage conditions, scheduled services for the PV5 Cargo are required every 30,000km or 2 years, whichever occurs first9.

To be eligible for a plan, vehicles must be under 11 months old, have below 15,000km mileage, and must not have completed any scheduled services (excluding the 3 month/3,000km complimentary first service). 2 The Kia EV Prepaid Service Plan covers the costs (including GST) of standard scheduled services. It does not cover additional servicing costs including additional maintenance or repair for wear and tear to items; fluid top ups or other items required between scheduled services; items that require replacement or repair due to excess wear and tear, misuse or a lack of maintenance; supplementary maintenance services; and additional maintenance and repairs that may be recommended by your authorised Kia dealer. 3 Prepaid services purchased under the program are only available at authorised Kia dealers.

4 Servicing conducted under the program must be carried out in accordance with Kia’s time and kilometre (whichever occurs first) scheduled maintenance requirements, set out in the Owner's Manual for the applicable vehicle. Customers cannot claim both a specified distance service, and the corresponding time period service, separately under the program.

5 Prepaid service plans cannot be transferred to another vehicle. No refunds or credits for the remaining value of any services will be issued for unused prepaid services or if the vehicle is sold or rendered no longer drivable prior to expiry of its prepaid service plan.

9 Refer to the PV5 Cargo Owner’s Manual for a complete list of severe usage conditions/severe driving conditions and for further information regarding the greater maintenance and servicing requirements that apply when the vehicle is driven in those conditions. For example, severe usage conditions include repeatedly driving short distance of less than 8 km (5 miles) in normal temperature or less than 16 km (10 miles) in freezing temperature; driving on rough, dusty, muddy, unpaved, gravelled or salt spread roads; driving in areas using salt or other corrosive materials or in very cold weather; driving in heavy dust condition; driving in heavy traffic area with the ambient temperature higher than 32 °C (90 °F) whilst consuming more than 50% of electric energy; driving on uphill, downhill, or mountain roads repeatedly; towing a trailer, or using a camper or roof rack; driving as a patrol car, taxi, other commercial use or vehicle towing; frequently driving under high speed or rapid acceleration/deceleration; frequently driving in stop-and-go condition.

10 Kia’s Capped Price Servicing Program provides a capped price for each eligible service. It does not preclude individual dealers from charging less than the applicable capped price for any particular service. The Capped Price Servicing Program covers the costs (including GST) of eligible standard scheduled services. It does not cover additional servicing costs including additional maintenance or repair for wear and tear to items; fluid top ups or other items required between scheduled services; items that require replacement or repair due to excess wear and tear, misuse or a lack of maintenance; supplementary maintenance services; and additional maintenance and repairs that may be recommended by your authorised participating Kia dealer.
