As an Apprentice with Kia you will receive the best training the industry has to offer. Being a full time employee of a Kia dealership you will earn while you learn and receive first class off the job training at our state-of-the-art Kia Academy Training Centre.

All training is specifically designed and implemented in line with the IMI standards and assessment criteria, and is enhanced with Kia ethos, key product knowledge, branding and equipment. Graduates from the Kia Advanced Apprenticeship shall be eligible to continue their career progression with a Higher Apprenticeship (Level 4 / 5).
