A radar sensor behind the grille measures the distance to the vehicle ahead, and automatically maintains a safe distance by controlling speed, up to the speed set by the driver even if the driver does not accelerate or brake. Available as a standard feature on the '4'.

  • Bi-functional lamps

The Niro Self-Charging Hybrid gives a high-tech impression with bi-functional lamps projecting high beam and low beam from a single light source.

  • Colour TFT Cluster

Hybrid utility vehicle specified cluster creates a high-tech image and displays environmentally friendly information to help you go further. Available on the '2', '3' and '4'.

    427 litres of luggage

Thanks to the location of the battery pack under the seats, the Niro provides 427 litres of luggage space with rear seats and an impressive 1,425 litres when the rear seats are folded. These figures reduce by 54 litres on the Niro '2' grade up due to the luggage tray.

    Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA)

Evaluating both camera and radar data, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) can detect a potential collision with a vehicle, pedestrian or obstacle, warn you and even apply maximum braking power to stop the vehicle or minimise damage. Available as a standard feature on the '4'.

  • Lane Keep Assist System (LKAS)

This feature is designed to alert the driver that the vehicle is about to deviate from a traffic lane. The system helps the car stay on course within the centre of the lane by continuously applying a small amount of countersteering force.

Eco-Friendly Driving

The Kia Niro Self-Charging Hybrid employs a parallel hybrid system that switches between petrol and electric power (or uses a combination of both) and charges the battery whenever it can.

The system is seamless and responsive while achieving CO2 emissions as low as 86 g/km.

For a greener future with WLTP

The testing measures for car pollutants, emissions and fuel consumption are changing. The new Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) aims to provide more accurate comparable vehicle data that better reflects realistic driving conditions.

Images shown for illustration purposes only and may not be to UK specification.

*Contract hire value excludes VAT

**MPG figures are obtained from laboratory testing and intended for comparisons between vehicles and may not reflect real driving results.

OTR pricing is subject to change. (New emissions regulations have resulted in a revised testing procedure, which could result in higher fuel consumption and CO2 emissions figures. The first year rate for Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) is based on CO2 emissions and any increase in VED would impact on the on-the-road price. The Benefit-in-Kind (BiK) rate and P11D value could also increase.) Please liaise with your dealer for further details.
