Financial benefits of an electric fleet
Electric company cars offer a range of financial benefits, so you can enjoy a more sustainable way to travel while also cutting costs.
Benefit in Kind (BIK)
Electric company car drivers can benefit from a Benefit in Kind tax of just 2% until 2025, compared to 37% for petrol and diesel company cars. As a result, going electric provides significant savings that are available for the next two tax years.

Congestion charge
Electric cars are entirely exempt from London's Congestion Charge, with a 100% clean vehicle discount. The EV discount is only available until 2025, so there really is no better time to capitalise on these savings and switch to electric.

Workplace EV Charging
Employers using EV charging can claim a 100% capital allowance on the cost of installing any electric car equipment at their workplace, including EV chargers. Businesses using electric company cars may also be able to receive funding from the government Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS).
