Your $100 deposit is made directly to Kia Motors Australia. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your receipt so we can assist you with a refund. If you have signed a contract with a dealer, you will need to liaise with your salesperson directly. Kia Motors Australia transfers the deposit to the dealer once the contract is signed and delivery has taken place.
Your dealer will be able to inform you when they contact you to discuss details and you sign a contract. Delivery date is dependent on the stock availability of your chosen model, grade and colour. Timings vary by state and your dealer is best placed to assist you.

Yes. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. The infrastructure used for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure. Our provider has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
The ordering process has the ability to add your current cars details. These details will be sent to your dealership so they can ascertain the estimated trade in value for the vehicle. As each car is different and has different specification, mileage and condition, it is best to have your dealer complete a visual inspection when visiting to complete your purchase
