    Start your journey by applying through our online form.

  • Phone Interview

    For some roles, we will start with a short call to learn more about you and your strengths.

  • First Interview

    You will meet the hiring manager and the People and Organization team to talk about your experience, skills and motivation.

  • Second Interview

    You will meet your next-level manager, the Korean coordinator, and members of the People and Organization team. This conversation will focus on our values, culture, and ensuring we find the best mutual fit.

  • Hiring

    If it is a match, you will receive an offer and we are happy to welcome you to the Kia team!
