Our vehicles come with a seven-year, 100,000-mile warranty, because we believe in the quality and dependability of our cars. To further help you keep off-road time and service, maintenance and repair costs to a minimum, we have introduced the Kia Business Service Promise. It means you get a service that’s as dependable as our vehicles – keeping you mobile and keeping costs competitive.
Competitive and transparent pricing
Regular maintenance is proven to reduce the likelihood of a breakdown and decrease the amount of unscheduled off-road time for a vehicle. To make maintenance easier, the Kia Business Service Promise lets you benefit from Kia Dealer servicing at an attractive price. Your car will be worked on by specially trained Kia technicians using genuine Kia parts (with a 10% discount) and the latest Kia diagnostic tools – so you can be confident that the work has been carried out to the highest standard. It’ll help improve your residual values, too.
Costs are clear thanks to fixed pricing for repairs, brake pad and disc replacement, oil (£10 per litre excl. VAT), MOT (£35 excl. VAT) and a national labour rate for servicing (£53 excl. VAT). What’s more, you can plan ahead with a Kia Business Care Service Plan
– making it easier for you to budget.
Value-added service
To help you avoid any unscheduled maintenance, you can have a free vehicle health check when you visit a Kia dealer. We’ll also install software updates (excluding map updates) for free if required. And, we offer free fitting for any minor jobs that take less than six minutes, such as changing bulbs or wipers. All Kia Genuine Parts come with a two-year warranty, too.
Keeping you mobile
If ever your Kia is off the road for a warranty repair, we’ll provide you with a hire or loan car as quickly as possible – helping to keep you on the road and keep disruption to a minimum.
