Kia is reimbursing current or former registered owners and lessees of Covered Models for eligible past repair expenses relating to sunroof shattering incidents, subject to certain requirements. To qualify for reimbursement, you must send a claim form and supporting documentation, which may include Proof of Ownership, Proof of Payment, Proof of Qualifying Repair, and Proof of Registration, to Kia no later than May 6th 2025.
You can obtain a claim form via the “Documents” tab, or by calling [1-855-234-8388]. Follow all of the instructions on the claim form. Once you have completed the claim form, you can submit your claim via email or by mail to the addresses listed on the claim form. Please keep a copy of your completed claim form and all documentation you submit for your own records.
