Meet the Modern Hybrid
Regenerative braking harvests kinetic energy that recharges your battery pack while coasting or braking. The Coasting Guide analyses your route to let you know when to take your foot off the pedal. The Virtual Engine Sound System activates in electric-only mode to safely alert pedestrians of your presence.
Charging Status: Easy
Enjoy the convenience of easy charging from a household socket or at a public charging station. At an AC Charge charging station, you can recharge the battery (up to 100%) in approximately 2 hours 15 minutes. Easily visilble from outside the vehicle 3 LED lights in the middle of the dashboard tell you the charging status and battery level.
The Clever Way to Park
Smart Parking Assist (SPA) controls the steering wheel to help you into parallel and perpendicular parking spaces. SPA also lends a hand when departing from a parallel parking space. All you have to do is control the speed and shift gears. (Image shown is the Kia XCeed for illustration purposes of SPA)
Blind Spot Collision Warning (BCW)
Blind-Spot Collision Warning (BCW) uses radar to monitor your blind spots, warning you of approaching cars with a warning sound and a symbol on the side-view mirror. (Image shown is the Kia XCeed for illustration purposes for BCW)
High Beam Assist (HBA)
High Beam Assist (HBA) detects vehicles travelling towards you or ahead of you and automatically changes to low beam, ensuring the best possible visibility without dazzling other road users. (Image shown is the Kia XCeed for illustration purposes for HBA)
