Our team is always kept up-to-date with the latest developments in the automotive industry, thanks to a rigorous ongoing training programme conducted by our in-house trainers, as well as trainers from the Manufacturer.

With more than a century-long history in the automotive industry in Singapore, you can entrust your vehicle to Cycle & Carriage, knowing that we use the latest proprietary diagnostic system – Kia Diagnostic System – from the Manufacturer. We also use genuine parts and right specifications of lubricants and consumables, so as to keep your Kia vehicle running at its optimal condition. This is especially important on a hot and humid tropical climate like Singapore.

Night Drop-off Service

Our night drop-off service allows you to send your cars in for servicing and maintenance after normal service hours, even at midnight! All you have to do is drive to any of our Authorised Service Centres, fill up a simple form and hand it to the security post with the car key. No hassle at all.

Complimentary Shuttle Service


We provide shuttle services on weekdays to the nearest MRT station at all three Service Centres during the morning peak hours when you leave your car with us for servicing.

· Alexandra Authorised Service Centre Service Centre to Queenstown MRT: 8:30am, 9:00am, 9.30am, 10am, and 10:30am.
· Pandan Gardens Authorised Service Centre to Jurong East MRT: 8:15am, 8:45am, 9:15am, 9:45am and 10:15am.
· Jurong East MRT to Pandan Gardens Authorised Service Centre: 5:15pm and 6pm.
· Ubi Authorised Service Centre to Ubi MRT: 8:30am, 9:00am, 9:30am, 10:00am and 10:30am.
· Ubi MRT to Ubi Authorised Service Centre: 4.30pm, 5pm, 5.30pm.
· Sin Ming Authorised Service Centre to Bishan MRT: 8:30am, 9:00am, 9:30am, 10am and 10:30am.

Body & Paint Services

The Cycle & Carriage Body & Paint Centre is a full-fledged workshop that specialises in body and paintwork repairs. It is the appointed authorised workshop for many of our top motor insurers.

Our friendly and professional staff will ensure that your repairs are hassle-free, from collision to completion. Our skilled technicians use a precise combination of their extensive training and experience with the latest technology to repair and restore your vehicle to its immaculate pre-accident condition. They are also trained to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance to the stringent quality standards set by the manufacturers.

Passenger Vehicles (ICE/HEV/PHEV)

From the date of registration, your Kia passenger vehicle is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years/unlimited mileage (not applicable for commercial use / private hire purposes, which is limited to only 3yrs/100,000km whichever comes first).

Commercial Vehicles (ICE/HEV/PHEV)

For Kia commercial vehicles, your new vehicle is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years/100,000km mileage (whichever comes first). Upon expiry of the vehicle’s factory warranty at the end of the 3rd year or 100,000km (whichever comes first) from the date of registration, Cycle & Carriage undertakes an additional 2 years of the vehicles’ warranty, stretching to a total of 5 years or 100,000km (whichever comes first).

Passenger & Commercial Vehicles (BEV)

For Kia EV passenger vehicles, they will be covered against defects in materials and workmanship under the factory's 5 year/unlimited mileage warranty from the registration date. (Not applicable for commercial use / private hire purposes, which is limited to only 3yrs/100,000km whichever comes first)


It is strongly advised that you always bring your vehicle to qualified specialist workshops such as Cycle & Carriage for servicing at recommended service intervals – every 10,000 km or 6 months (ICE) and every 15,000km or 6 months (EV), whichever comes first.

Our 10-year Engine Warranty

Our 10-year Engine Warranty

Starting from 1 June 2014, all Kia passenger cars (except electric models and commercial vehicles) will come with a 10-year engine warranty*, subject to 10 years or maximum mileage of 200,000 km, whichever comes first.

Upon expiry of the vehicle’s factory warranty at the end of the 5th year from the date of registration, Cycle & Carriage will undertake another 5 years of the vehicle’s engine warranty, stretching to a total of 10 years.

Important! To ensure that your vehicle gives you many years of motoring pleasure as well as higher resale potential, you will enjoy a 5-year passenger car warranty, and you are strongly advised to service your car at recommended service intervals at qualified specialist workshops such as Cycle & Carriage Authorised Service Centres. On top of that, Cycle & Carriage also offers an unrivalled extended 5-year engine warranty, provided that your car is serviced, maintained and repaired at recommended service intervals at our Authorised Service Centres upon expiry of the original 5-year engine warranty provided by the manufacturer.

Our 10-Year Warranty on Lithium-Ion Polymer Battery for Hybrid vehicles
 
For the first 5 years, the hybrid vehicle’s lithium-ion polymer hybrid battery (excluding Niro 12V LIPB) is covered under the factory’s 5-year unlimited mileage warranty, from the date of registration of the car. Under the warranty terms and conditions stated in the Kia manufacturer’s warranty booklet, the battery capacity (detected by the onboard diagnostic system) shall be repaired up to the capacity of factory’s recommended level. Failing which, it shall be replaced at no cost to you.

Upon expiry of the factory’s first 5-year unlimited mileage warranty, Cycle & Carriage will undertake and extend an additional 5 years or up to a maximum mileage of 200,000 km warranty coverage for the lithium-ion polymer hybrid battery (excluding Niro 12V LIPB). This makes up to a total warranty coverage of 10 years or 200,000 km, whichever comes first, from registration date. This 5-year warranty extension is applicable only if hybrid system is serviced, maintained and repaired by Cycle & Carriage in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations upon expiry of the original 5-year warranty provided by the manufacturer. Replacement will be on the condition that the battery is beyond repair, with capacity deteriorating below factory’s recommended level, as detected by the onboard diagnostic system.

For EV/HEVs registered on and from 1st October 2019 onwards, they will be covered under the factory's 5-year mileage warranty of up to a maximum mileage of 150,000km on high voltage drivetrain components, whichever comes first, from registration date.

Our Warranty for locally-installed accessories

Accessories fitted locally such as audio, in-car camera, reverse sensor and GPS system are covered under warranty for 12 months from the date of registration of the car.
