Kia Connect SOS Emergency Assistance

In case of an emergency while driving, press the SOS button located above the rearview mirror. This connects you to the Kia Connect Emergency Response Center, which can quickly coordinate with emergency services, insurance providers, and other support channels based on your specific situation.

Emergency Towing

Free towing service is available for up to 10 km when your vehicle is immobilized due to a breakdown or accident.

Emergency Refueling

If you run out of fuel, Kia provides up to 3 liters of gasoline or diesel at no cost.

Battery Jump-Start Service

If your battery is discharged, Kia offers free jump-start assistance. If battery replacement is required, additional charges may apply.

Door Unlock Service

Kia will provide free unlocking assistance if your keys are locked inside.

Flat Tire Support
