COVID-19 Important Update

In response to the announcement by An Taoiseach, last Friday 27th, all dealerships are now temporarily closed for both sales and service, for the next two weeks, to help stop the spread of Covid-19, unless otherwise advised by the Irish Government.

Our priority is always the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers and we are doing everything we can to keep our staff, our dealer staff and our customers safe, while at the same time trying to prioritise customer needs as much as possible.

If you have an immediate issue with your car, please contact one of our local Kia dealers and we will do our utmost to facilitate a call out repair.

If you have an emergency breakdown, and you have Kia Assist cover, please call 0818 300 007.

Our head office operations are now closed. Our staff are working remotely to support our dealer network in assisting customers with service and to address any questions you may have.

To help with any anxieties you may have we have also produced a FAQ Document that provides wide-ranging information. We will keep this service updated as the challenge persists and we look forward to providing you with the fullest service you expect and deserve as soon as our Government advises us that the current restrictions are being lifted.

3 Month Car Loan Repayment Break

If the Covid -19 crisis has affected your ability to keep up to date with your current car loan you may be eligible for assistance from our finance partner, Bank of Ireland Finance, who are offering customers the opportunity to reschedule their loan by way of a 3 month repayment break . The required application form can be found here .This should be completed and emailed to bif.credit@boi.com. The submission form can be downloaded below.
