Coronavirus Important Update
Last updated: 03 June 2020
As the challenge of COVID-19 changes every aspect of our lives in Great Britain, Kia Motors (UK) Limited is focused on protecting customers, employees and of course key workers.
All of our Dealer showrooms in England are now open, with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to follow in line with government advice. We've redesigned our showrooms and put in place new rules and procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues at all times. The majority of our Dealers across the UK remain open for servicing.
We remain available through all of our internet and social media channels to assist you – our customers – in any way we can and our Customer Contact Centre is also operational to answer any questions you may have.
For your peace of mind we have also produced FAQ's that provides wide-ranging information. We will keep this service updated as the challenge persists and we look forward to providing you with the fullest service you expect and deserve as soon as our Government advises us that the current restrictions are being lifted.
Servicing your Kia
Most service departments across the country are now open.
Our priorities are ensuring the safety of staff and customers. Dealers have implemented new procedures following the latest Government guidelines. Some Service departments may be operating with reduced opening hours and by appointment only.
