BABY PICANTO SHARPENS UP

16 / 04 / 2018

Kia’s small car Picanto has added fashion statement to the attributes which have seen the brand’s entry-model soar to the top of the pops in the micro segment of the Australian new car market.

Since the launch of the new generation Picanto just on 12 months ago, the little car has dominated the small-car segment driven by affordability by adding style and practicality.

In January, the style factor was given a major polish with the release of the sporty Australian Open edition. So enthusiastic was the welcome given to that special edition that it is now a full-time member of the Kia family.

“The All-New Picanto GT-Line is just one more endorsement of our belief that there is a desire from the market for a practical, stylish and affordable car at that end of the market. From the outset we were confident that there was opportunity in that micro segment, but it had to be the right car promoted in the right way. Picanto has proven that belief and the GT- Line is just one more way for us to support our original confidence.”

The Picanto GT-Line will be available in automatic only and come in select colours _ Clear White or three premium colours ($520 option), Aurora Black, Titanium Silver or Signal Red.

The Picanto GT-Line is priced at $17,490 drive away and comes with Kia’s standard 7-year warranty, 7-year roadside assist and 7-year capped price servicing.

The whole new levels of peace of mind
At speeds of 20 km/h or higher, BCW alerts you if a vehicle enters your blind spot, even when you are in the process of changing lanes. LED warnings flash on the door mirror and an audio warning is emitted when you signal to make a lane change.
