A class leading 12.3" driver cluster + 12.3" infotainment display provides crucial driving information and data. With a user-friendly interface allows you to pinch, zoom, swipe and customise your screen with split view.

Keep your eyes on the road with the colour head up display projecting driving information within your field of view. The system displays alerts from the car’s numerous driver assistance technologies, details of vehicle speed, and turn-by-turn navigation instructions.

Using a camera positioned in the rear spoiler, the digital centre mirror provides improved visibility unhindered by luggage, seats, passengers, water & stains on rear glass and more. With a simple toggle the digital mirror can be switched to a standard Electrochromatic Centre Mirror (ECM) as needed.

The Carnival gives you generous luggage space of 627 litres (VDA) with all seats up. Fold down the 2nd & 3rd row for an incredible 2,827 litres (VDA) of luggage space.

Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) uses the front view camera and front radar to detect vehicles, pedestrians & cyclists in front of the vehicle. If it detects a possible collision the system warns the driver with audio & visual alerts and automatically engages the brakes to help prevent or minimise the effects of collision.

Junction Assist detects oncoming cars when turning right at an intersection and applies the brakes if detecting a possible collision.

Rear Cross-traffic Collision Avoidance Assist*

Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) warns the driver with audio & visual alerts when detecting vehicles approaching from either side of the Carnival when reversing.

Rear Cross-traffic Collision Avoidance Assist (RCCA) combines alerts from the RCTA system with braking to help prevent possible collisions.

Safe Exit Warning & Safe Exit Assist*

Safe Exit Warning (SEW) uses rear corner radars to detect cars approaching from behind and warns passengers before exiting the vehicle.

If passengers attempt to open the power sliding door while there is an approaching vehicle, Safe Exit Assist (SEA) will ensure the power sliding doors do not open.

SEA door locking available on GT-Line, GT-Line Lite & Sport+ grades.
SEW available on all grades.

Blind Spot View Monitor & Blind Spot Collision Avoidance Assist*

By activating the turn signal, the Blind Spot View Monitor (BVM) will display live footage of other vehicles in your blind spots on the 12.3” instrument cluster.
Blind Spot Collision Avoidance Assist (BCA) combines Blind Spot Detection (BSD) with Electronic Stability Control (ESC) to help prevent the vehicle from colliding into vehicle in the adjacent lane or coming from behind when driver switches lanes.

BVM available on GT-Line, GT-Line Lite & Sport+ grades.
BCA available on all grades.

Driver Attention Warning with Lead Vehicle Departure

Driver Attention Warning (DAW) monitors the driver's driving patterns and if there are signs of driver fatigue or inattentive driving, DAA recommends taking a break through audio & visual warnings.

Lead Vehicle Departure system notifies the driver when the vehicle in front is driving away when both vehicles are stationary, such as at a traffic stop.

Advanced Smart Cruise Control*

Advanced Smart Cruise Control (ASCC) maintains the set speed specified by the driver while maintaining a safe distance from a vehicle in front if present.
ASCC will require driver intervention if the vehicle in front is stationary for more than 3 seconds.

Lane Keeping Assist*

Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) will provide audio & visual alerts if you indicate into a lane that has an adjacent vehicle to get you back to the right place.

Lane Following Assist*

Lane Following Assist (LFA) identifies the Carnival's current lane and the lane boundaries using its front view camera and automatically assists with steering the vehicle to keep it in the middle of the lane whenever it detects that the vehicle is unintentionally veering out of the current lane.

360° Around View Monitor*

Using 4 cameras installed around the vehicle, the Around View Monitor activates when reversing to provide a 360° view around the Carnival for easy parking.

Intelligent Speed Limit Assist (ISLA) automatically changes the set speed of the Speed Limiter or Smart Cruise Control (after confirmation by the driver) by using the speed limit information detected through the front view camera.
