Join Kia and Vice on the Uncapital Route: the electrifying journey that explores Europe’s creative hubs beyond the capitals. The adventure continues as we arrive at our next stop, Offenbach. Our host Yannah will learn how the city’s unique brutalist architecture and long-standing design culture brand Offenbach as a thriving, diverse cultural haven.

As Yannah arrives in Offenbach in the EV6, she meets Maziar Rastegar, a designer and lecturer at the well-established Hochschule für Gestaltung. Maziar explains how the city continuously inspires him, from developing his own font, ‘Offenbach Neue’, to designing Hip Hop logos for local rappers as his way to give back to the community.

While Maziar takes us though the city’s architecture and his projects, he asks us to drive a design testament of our own, the Kia EV6.

Progression by design

Maziar combined the oriental influence with harsh German fraktur that resulted in the innovative Neue Offenbach. In parallel, the EV6’s progressive and sleek look results in an ultra-modern design that puts it into a category of its own.
