Kia is here to help you get back on the road from 12th April

From Monday 12th April, you will be able to visit us in person. Our staff will be available to help with your every need and we’re taking all necessary precautions to make sure that you have a safe visit. Request a test drive now and start exploring Kia’s range of cars.

If you’re unable to visit us in person, we will still be fully contactable and available to offer assistance over the phone, email or online chat service to help with any query you have. Contact us or simply type in the live chat and a member of the Kia team will respond.

Servicing Your Kia

If you'd like to book your car for servicing, MOT or repairs, we will be open for business and following COVID secure Government guidelines.

We advise that you contact us to check our hours of operation prior to your visit. It is essential that servicing is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements to maintain the integrity and reliability of your car. Your car should be serviced every 12 months* from the date of first registration or by mileage, whichever occurs soonest (mileage criteria varies by model/engine type).

Collect Your Car

If you have purchased a new or used Kia you will be able to collect your Kia from a local dealership safely. From April 12th, vehicle handovers no longer have to take place outside, however all dealerships will maintain a Covid secure environment.
