Coronavirus Important Update

Last updated: 15 May 2020

As the challenge of COVID-19 changes every aspect of our lives in Great Britain, Kia Motors (UK) Limited is focused on protecting customers, employees and of course key workers.

Kia Dealerships in England are now open for ‘click and collect’ vehicle handovers, enabling customers to take delivery of their car whilst at all times complying with the latest guidance for social distancing and hygiene. In addition to this, most of our workshops up and down the country are open for service and repairs.

We remain available through all of our internet and social media channels to assist you – our customers – in any way we can and our Customer Contact Centre is also operational to answer any questions you may have.

For your peace of mind we have also produced FAQ's that provides wide-ranging information. We will keep this service updated as the challenge persists and we look forward to providing you with the fullest service you expect and deserve as soon as our Government advises us that the current restrictions are being lifted.
