MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY
In order to maintain the performance of your Kia, it is really important to make sure your Kia is serviced according to the scheduled service intervals. We will carry out all of the necessary service and maintenance for your Kia with one of our trained technicians. You can be assured that our technicians will only use Kia Genuine Parts while carrying out any service or maintenance requirements. Servicing at us will not only safeguard your vehicle’s performance, but will also enhance the resale value of your vehicle by having a full Kia service history.
Warranty for new KIA Passenger vehicle:
5-year factory warranty
KIA warrants each KIA new passenger vehicle sold by Kia Motors (H.K.) Ltd. (“KIA HK”) and registered in Hong Kong for the first 60 months or 150,000 km (whichever comes first) since vehicle first registration date.  
Owner's Responsibilities
During the warranty period, the vehicle must be serviced at KIA HK Service Centers at least ONE “Regular Maintenance Service” in every 6 months or 10,000 km (whichever comes first) in order to keep the Factory Warranty valid.
Accidental damage rectification and repair work must be carried out by KIA HK in order to keep the warranty valid; if the vehicle has not been serviced periodically by KIA HK, or been maintained by other unauthorized parties, this may affect the warranty's validity.
Warranty for new KIA Commercial Vehicle:
3-year factory warranty
KIA warrants each KIA new commercial vehicle sold by Kia Motors (H.K.) Ltd. (“KIA HK”) and registered in Hong Kong for the first 36 months or 60,000 km (whichever comes first) since vehicle first registration date. 
Owner's Responsibilities
During the warranty period, the vehicle must be serviced at KIA HK Service Centers at the first 3 months or first 5,000 km (whichever comes first); followed by at least ONE “Regular Maintenance Service” in every 6 months or 10,000 km (whichever comes first) in order to keep the Factory Warranty valid.
Warranty period of Frigo A/C system parts is 36-month or 60,000 km mileage (whichever comes first); and should conduct at least ONE “Regular Maintenance Service” in every 6 months or 10,000km (whichever comes first). Otherwise, warranty of the A/C system parts will be voided.

What is Not Covered?*
1. Any services carried out by unauthorized dealer/workshop.
2. Vehicle is being modified or installed with unauthorized parts or materials.
3. Any vehicle fault or damage resulted from non-observance with owner's manual.
4. Any vehicle fault or damage resulted from natural disaster, accident, human negligence, crashing, external impact or improper usage.
