The customer experience is central to our continued success. To enhance this still further we’re recruiting Kia Geniuses to work alongside the Sales teams in selected dealerships to make sure that our customers receive outstanding product presentations and test drives from people who are knowledgeable and passionate about our products and brand.
Our Geniuses are responsible for discussing our customer’s requirements with them, presenting and demonstrating suitable products, and ultimately handing over the new vehicle to ensure a full understanding of its features and technology.
You will be people-focussed and have an appetite for learning about our range of vehicles to become the ultimate Kia expert. Successful candidates will receive bespoke training and induction.
Sales
Our showrooms are getting busier and our dealers need to make sure that they have the capacity to offer a consistently great service. Our pioneering model range, backed by our exceptional 7-year warranty and electrification expertise, mean that more and more customers are visiting our dealerships, and 97% of our customers would buy a Kia again.
After Sales
Our continued sales growth means there are an ever-increasing number of service customers visiting our dealerships. Kia dealers need to make sure that they continue to offer great service.
Kia Technicians
With more Kia vehicles on the road, our dealers are seeing more customers needing services and repairs performed by Kia Trained Technicians. Would you like to be one?
