ADVANCED PROTECTION. Six standard airbags are part of Rondo’s advanced supplement restraint system (SRS). This airbag system monitors the severity of an impact, the presence of a front passenger and seat-belt use, and then controls airbag inflation accordingly.*

BETTER STABILITY. Electronic Stability Control (ESC) provides you with improved directional stability, which helps you maintain control in difficult driving situations. ESC monitors and controls key vehicle functions, such as brake-force pressure, the speed you’re traveling and the direction of the vehicle. It then brakes individual wheels and reduces engine power accordingly to attempt to bring the vehicle back on its intended course.

CONTROLLED BRAKING. A standard Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) give you better vehicle control during hard or sudden braking, especially on wet or unstable road surfaces. At that time, if a wheel is on the verge of locking, monitoring sensors will detect it and cause the brakes to be pumped, which helps you maintain the ability to steer.

SMARTER HEADRESTS. Front active headrests move forward and up to help reduce neck injuries to front occupants in the event of a rear-impact collision.

TIRE CHECK. A Tire-Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) alerts you if one or more of your tires is underinflated so you can adjust your tire pressure.**

CHILD SAFETY. Our LATCH child-seat system – Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children – comes standard in the second and third rows to help hold child seats more securely.
