Terms & Conditions

TERMS OF USE

1. Patrons are required to fulfill all the following admission criteria:
  • MUST be a Kia Owner with a Sky Lounge Membership Card
  • MUST possess a valid boarding pass for outbound flight on day of use
  • 2. COMPLIMENTARY access to Sky Lounge for first year ownership only.
    • For second year onwards, access to Sky Lounge will be awarded complimentary upon renewal of insurance with Eight Valuations Sdn. Bhd.
    3. MUST present Sky Lounge membership card upon admission.
    4. Guests of the patrons are required to fulfill all of the following criteria:
    • MUST be accompanied by the patron
    • MUST possess a valid boarding pass for outbound flight on day of use
    • Guest entrance fee (where applicable) as below:
      • Complimentary of 1st guest
      • RM50 for 2nd guest
      • RM45 for 3rd guest
      • RM40 for 4th guest onwards
    • Sky Lounge reserves the right to turn away passengers in the event that passengers are unable to produce valid identification details or proof of Kia ownership. This is applicable to both patrons and guests.
    • Sky Lounge reserves the right to turn away passengers in the event that the lounge is full.
    • Sky Lounge reserves the right to turn away guests entry to its lounge based on its sole discretion.
    • Sky Lounge reserves the right to collect data pertaining to contact details of any patrons.
    • Sky Lounge reserves the right to close the lounge without any prior notice for any private functions
