We let a plethora of Irish motoring journalists test out the all new KIA Sorento in the beautiful Wicklow countryside earlier on this week, and these were some of the responses they had:
“The new Kia Sorento is good looking, well-equipped, has positive on-road handling and more than enough room for the family. It's genuinely hard to find many areas in which to knock it. Kia's new Sorento stands a very good chance of winning over plenty of new fans.”
“Kia’s third generation Sorento has just arrived sporting a sharper look outside and more premium feel inside. Much more refined than before the diesel engine can barely be heard while the changes to the suppression has improved the handling and ride. Inside are where the biggest changes are to be found and everything is well finished and the logical layout for all the controls plus plenty of seat and wheel adjustment makes it a very pleasant cabin."
“It’s the interior where most of the changes have happened; the dashboard has become a soft touch affair with the lines extending right through the doors. It does have a luxury feeling especially in cream colour, there’s a look of Range Rover about it and that’s no bad thing. On the road the Sorento is soft and comfortable, there’s a certain ease as it potters along.”

“The new SUV’s smoother, swept-back profile and deeply sculpted surfaces introduce a more refined design to the third-generation model, delivering a premium look and feel, with more space and numerous innovative features. A higher proportion of soft-touch materials and leather creates a modern luxury feel to the cabin and gives the new Sorento a genuine premium vehicle ambience.”
