Kia Novo concept shown at Seoul Motor Show

Planting a cee’d for the future?

There may be a seed planted for the future of the Kia cee’d, as the Kia Novo concept car was shown to the worldwide media at the Seoul Motor Show.

With a bold new design that combines futuristic styling with a nod to classic muscle design and of course the inimitable Kia tiger-nose grille, the Novo cuts a unique profile. The interior also shines, with a minimalist leather and aluminium approach; added to this is a hologram instrument display and a ‘blind control’ fingerprint touchpad which allows a range of functionality without the driver needing to take their eyes off the road.

Giving a possible nod to where the Novo’s styling could be seen in the future, a Kia spokesperson stated: “‘Kia has a history of delivering production vehicles that bear a strong resemblance to concept vehicles that precede them. The Kia Novo concept provides a glimpse into Kia’s plans for its future compact car line-up.”
