Sales & Business Planning Analyst


Kia Motors Office: Frankfurt am Main Discipline: Sales Date: 2015.04.22.

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Monthly Business Reviews for 14 Subsidiaries 
  • Assist in preparation of annual Kia Motors Europe (KME) Business Plan: 
    • Develop timelines and templates 
    • Optimize volume distribution process, P&L scenario planning
    • Bring efficiency into templates and market inputs consolidation 
  •  Coordinate preparation of executive presentations 

  •  Assist in preparation of Business Planning Workshops with Subsidiaries 

  • Prepare monthly sales reporting       

  • Assist in preparation of ad-hoc reporting to Kia Motors Korea 

  • Monitor European car industry and provide KME management with advice on markets trends and associated risks and opportunities

Your profile:

  •  Business degree  or equivalent 
  •  1-2 years of professional experience
  • Outstanding computer skills (MS-Office)
  • Excellent usage of Excel (Macros, Pivot tables, use of complex spread sheets)
  • Access and Databases good usage
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills 
  • Extremely flexible, adaptable and be able to deal positively with uncertainty
  • Self-motivated with meticulous planning and organisation
  • Strong interest in Automotive business
