Your responsibilities:

       
  • Be responsible as HR expert for our European HR processes and data that are supported and tracked by software
  • Develop and adjust SAP R/3 HR processes (organizational management, personnel administration and performance management) liaising with the hosting company
  • Maintain Organizational Management (OM) and reflect properly organizational charts in SAP for European HQ (KME) and its subsidiaries
  • Act as HR counterpart for IT and the interface development, whenever HR data are required
  • Transfer automated/manual reports into SAP reports for European HQ (KME) and Korean HQ (KMC)
  • Generate communication material and user manuals for end-users (employees) and key users (HR managers) in Europe
  • Support key users with trainings on a regular basis
  • Provide reports for KME and KMC, utilizing SAP, manual reports and individual surveys, requests and sources

 

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training or higher degree in HR
  • Minimum of 1−2 years of relevant work experience in HCM/HR with focus on information systems or strong affinity for information systems or HR processes, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience in supervision and customizing of the SAP R/3 HR module
  • Excellent SAP user skills
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information
