Sales District Manager

The District Manager is responsible for the sales performance of its region (East and West Flanders) within the Kia Network. As a key person between Kia Motors Belgium and the dealers, the District Manager has to maximize business performances and customer satisfaction of overall sales operation activities such as sales, achieving sales volume, promoting sales and market shares.

 Responsibilities:

  • To ensure appropriate coverage is given to existing and potential dealers
  • Targeting appropriate groups and identifying opportunities to ensure smooth introduction of new products and systems.
  • Coaching, stimulating and developing the network in order to strenghten the sales results
  • To ensure the follow up of the sales results
  • Analysing the retail competetiveness and setting up objectives
  • To implement marketing actions and events by using the know how of our internal specialists
  • To provide relevant tools to the dealers in order to give them the opportunity to develop and maximize their business
  • Complete weekly reports and make sure the dealer visit reports are updated on a regular basis
  • Handle conflicts and find appropriate solutions
  • Providing product trainings

 

Profile:

  • Bachelor degree in economics or with commercial direction
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in the automotive business
  • Strong commercial feeling
  • Good organizational skills
  • Pro-active – Problem solver - Negotiator
  • Team player
  • Able to work independently
  • Flexible and customer oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Trilingual (NL-FR-EN)
