Area Manager Aftersales

Your responsibilities:

  • Support and monitor distributors with the imple¬≠mentation of After-Sales programs
  • Support accessory development between Kia Motors Europe and Mobis Parts Europe (MPE)
  • Support Parts & Accessory sales between subsidiaries and Parts Distribution Centre
  • Develop After-Sales subsidiary infrastructure to support future expansion plans
  • Implement dealer action plans together with subsidiaries to improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor progress through Customer Satisfaction and Inter¬≠national Customer Satisfaction surveys
  • Monitor subsidiary fulfilment of service marketing activities, e.g. Web-Based Training and Internet-Based Training


Your profile:

  • Commercial automotive experience: minimum 3 years working with dealers and in After-Sales with a distributor/importer
  • Basic automotive technical knowledge
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), suitable languages advantageous
  • Good communicator, able to get different stakeholders together
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • In-depth problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Committed self-starter
  • Self-confidence and positive thinking
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 20% of working time)
