We are looking for a dynamic candidate to fill the position of Assistant to our Top Management.

In your role you will be supporting the Top Management team and other departments in various organisational activities.

Responsibilities:

  • To support top management with various administrative tasks
  • To maintain effective communication between management and staff
  • To maintain an effective exchange of information between all departments with respect to procedures and regulations
  • Receiving visitors for President and MD, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings in the office and abroad or with dealers
  • Preparing correspondence, handling information requests, conducting research and preparing statistical reports as well as presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Performing clerical and office functions to supporting the daily operations of the office
  • Writing protocols of meetings
  • Filing and ordering of newspaper and magazine subscriptions
  • Arranging signatures on various documents
  • Organising and maintaining schedules of President and MD
  • Administering travel schedules: organising flight tickets, accommodation and meeting agendas
  • Translating documents from Czech to English
  • Supporting the organisation in various company events and internal communications

Qualifications:

  • University degree or Higher Secondary/Commercial Education
  • Fluent English and Czech
  • Microsoft Office Computer skills (especially Excel and Power point)
  • Excellent organisational capabilities
  • Communicative & responsive
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Reliable and discreet
  • Willingness to work in an international environment
