Q How long battery last? After doing maintenance my battery became dead, why?
A It is difficult to say, it all depends on the driving conditions and consumption of electricity. If the battery is old, adding distilled water cause the voltage to drop. In this case the battery must be replaced.
Q My new car pulls to the left, do I need wheel alignment?
A The main cause of pulling (especially left) is the inclination (road gradient) of the road. All car after leaving the manufacturing plant is already wheel aligned properly, so no need for adjustment, unless abnormal tire wear is found.
Q Why my car has valve noise during cold start
A Valve adjustment has not fully settle yet when the engine is cold. It takes few seconds to adjust and the engine noise disappear.
Q WHAT IS THE PROPER INFLATION FOR MY TIRES?
A Use the tire pressure that the vehicle manufacturer recommends. This information located on the Tire Information Placard is normally located on the inside driver’s door jamb. We suggest you do not deviate from this tire pressure. Pressure requirements may change when plus sizing tires.
Q How do mufflers actually work? Are mufflers made of special sound-proof material?
A Your exhaust system and mufflers in particular is very sophisticated. Technically, your muffler has baffled passages that the exhaust gases move through to muffle engine sound. But if you were to cut away your muffler, you d find some tubes with holes in them. Sounds simple, but inside your muffler, these elements work together to have the sound waves hit one another to reduce the noise. Your muffler is actually a finely tuned instrument.
Q I’ve heard different things about how often to change my oil. What’s the best guide?
A Follow your vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations.
They will specify the frequency for an oil change for your driving conditions. The timing of your oil change should follow those recommendations.
Q My car is shaking the steering wheel really badly regardless of brake application.
A The car need tire balancing.
Q Why my headlight have moisture
A The water condensate inside the head lamp due to difference in temperature and humidity.
Let the head lamp on and it will disappear in few minutes.
Q Why do my brakes squeak and judder?
